Experience Summary:

 

Michelle has over 30 years Project Management experience with industrial and commercial infrastructure projects for a variety of clientele. She has been involved in projects from the initial planning phase, through design development and construction phases to final project close out. Michelle has been the project manager involved in projects related to electrical substations,  ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within project budgets and ensuring her team provides quality engineering deliverables.  She has been involved in design development as a lead designer for mechanical, electrical and civil, structural disciplines in the past, providing her with an in-depth knowledge of each disciplines design parameters.  Michelle is the current President & C.E.O. of DynaWest Engineering and she ensures her clients benefit from an Alberta-based company that has sufficient personnel to offer the diversified expertise, yet small enough to provide personal service to our clientele.   Michelle believes in open communication between the DynaWest Engineering's team members and clientele is extremely important to ensure a project’s success.  She ensures the DynaWest Engineering's team works closely with the clients during each phase of a project to ensure an understanding of the client’s expectations. She believes consistency is important and only through consistency can quality be measured and improved.  Michelle will ensure that the project team is dedicated to a project from start to completion.  She encourages regularly scheduled progress review meetings with cliental for her projects, which allows for ongoing communication and coordination on the project design development.  She provides ongoing project status reporting to cliental so they are always aware of the project expenditures, progress and scheduling.
